Parking

The Carlyle is a historic building built in the early 1900s. As such, it does not have an attached or underground garage. Arrangements for parking can be made through our Parking License Program or through the purchase of Monthly Parking Passes (no parking tax) at one of the neighboring garages.

At the Carlyle, we have thought of every possible need our residents might have. In doing so, we will have a doorman available to provide an easy way to load and unload your automobile and the Carlyle Valet service makes picking up and dropping off your car a breeze.

With the understanding that there is no such thing as free parking, it is important to understand that costs associated with a parking garage manifest themselves in several ways:

  1. Higher initial condominium purchase prices
  2. Higher condominium fees
  3. The requirement to purchase the parking space

The parking solution at The Carlyle is a superior one; as it allows the residents to purchase their condominium at a much more favorable price, as no garage was constructed and it allows the Condominium Association to keep its costs down while still providing first class amenities to its residents. The economics of this last point is one of the key drivers in determining appreciation of a condominium unit.

We at The Carlyle are committed to providing our residents the first class service and carefree lifestyle that we know you expect out of your new condominium in the historic Carlyle.
