      We are certainly a pet friendly environment and as such the condominium documents allow each owner to have one dog or two cats.

      If you are thinking about purchasing a unit or have already done so, and you already have a dog, the weight of your pet is unimportant. After all, we would not ask anyone to make a choice based on parting with their best friend!  The condominium documents ask residents who come to us without a pet at time of purchase to follow a 35 pound weight limit at maturity for any dog they acquire.

      As with every public building or parks, it is common courtesy to keep your pets on a leash and to clean up after them. 


      UPGRADES/STANDARDS

      To all Carlyle Residents:
      The Carlyle wishes to make the decision process associated with choosing your upgrades and standards as easy and quick as possible. To this end, we have set up this page to allow you to review the standard selections and available upgrades along with the associated costs. When you click on an item such as flooring in the Upgrades section, it will take you to a page with pictures of all the available flooring upgrades and the costs per room for each unit.  You are encouraged to make your selections from this page, or you are free to stop by our Sales Center to review the selections in person. 

      At the bottom of the page, you will find a Selection Sheet to be printed and used when making your final finish selections. This form should be faxed to our Sales Center at 412 325-7837, Attention Eric Trainer.
